  First let me say that I am a very anal mom.. I have 3 children going to Tykes Time, a 7 month old, a 2 1/2 year old, and a 9 year old for after care. I have been going to Tykes Time for the last 2 years. I toured EVERY facility here in Pocatello/Chubbuck and realized that Tykes was the best out of them all.. In the last two years, I have gone through many financial issues, divorce/ex being laid off/new baby ect... The manager helped and worked with me the best that she could. My children are excited to leave the house every morning to see their friends and teachers. My 2 1/2 year old asks every morning to see her teacher Miss. Cherry and she gets sooo excited that she can't wait to get dressed and out the door, which makes my mornings easier. Yes, my children have had diaper rashes.. But it has been because of food change, teething, a cold, and so on... Tykes Time has a very strict policy to check the infants/toddlers every 1/2 hour, and they document when they were changed. One time when my infant came home from her dads, her bum was so raw and bleeding from the most horrible diaper rash that I have ever saw. I made my own ointment for her and gave her provider strict instructions on what needed to be done. The care provider had no problem doing what needed to be done to help my daughter, and by the end of the week her rash was almost gone. Tykes Time also has the best security!! you can't even get into the children's area without a finger print code to open the door. All in All, in the last 2 years, yes, I have had some minor things come up, you always will when you are working with others. I will say that I have had a great experience with Tykes Time. My children love going there, and I love their instruction! (My 2 1/2 year old knows all her colors, abc’s, and can count to 14, she sings many songs, and has a blast!) I will not bring my children anywhere else!!
